Save The Date - Concerts For Kids' Community Day
Image Audiovisuals has teamed up with Concerts For Kids for its annual Community Day on May 30, 2009. Image AV will be working at the Hope Center, one of 25 Denver-area Community Day sites, to paint its interior, organize its basement, and re-stripe its parking lot. The Hope Center caters to children who are at risk, who have special needs, and who are gifted. It also supports adults with disabilities by providing vocational training to help them enter the workforce.
We are looking for 30 volunteers – employees, friends, clients, and colleagues – to help out at the Hope Center on Community Day. Our team will meet at Sculpture Park in Downtown Denver at 8:00am to be bussed to the Hope Center. The day will commence at Sculpture Park, where Concerts For Kids will host a fantastic party with catered food, beverages, and a DJ.
For more information, or to sign-up, please contact Diana Mueller, CEO of Image Audiovisuals, at 303-758-1818 (diana@imageav.com) by Thursday, April 30th. This is a wonderful opportunity for community service, and to have some fun at the same time!

Beaver Run Conference
Pam Welker, planner for The Society of Hospitalists Medicine, contacted Image Audiovisuals, seeking a reliable one-stop-shop for all of her Audiovisual needs at Beaver Run Resort. She was certain that her chairmen would need guidance and technological assistance to integrate Image's equipment with theirs. “Without Image,” she said, “The conference would never have been smooth.” Image AV's customer service and quick accessibility ensured her group’s success and saved her meeting.
I really appreciate your expertise and help that you offered during the recent Update in Hospital Medicine course…thank goodness Drs. Chu and Gotaas saw their way clear to hire you! Course Directors just need to realize they cannot run the risk of AV troubles during a national meeting such as that event, so again, thank you!
Best regards,
Pam Welker
