Tech Tip - Spice Up Your Next Meeting

Since it is imperative that your meeting attendees are attentive from a meeting’s opening remarks to its closing speech, Image Audiovisuals has compiled a few tips on keeping your attendees’ attention:

-To avoid distraction, ensure that no one is seated behind or beside the speakers.

-Make sure that that all visual aids are visible and that people can hear the speakers.

-Distribute presentation-related props or samples around the room.

-Use an Audience Response System (ARS) to make your presentation more interactive.

-Consider using multiple themes and colors throughout the meeting, which can be accomplished easily and affordably with products like the Elation Design Spot 300E PRO.

- Utilize LED lighting in conjunction with column structures, drapery lines, etc., to add some pizzazz to the meeting.
